My process

1) First meeting & onboarding

  • Send me a message and we’ll book a chat to talk about your project.

  • I'll provide you with a quote if we’re a good match.

  • You'll receive a contract to e-sign and an invoice for 100% of the 1st milestone or the full project amount (this depends on the total cost of the project).

  • Once your contract is signed and the invoice is paid — we’re on. Your place with me is secured and I'll get to work, so I can deliver your copy by our agreed deadline.

  • (Please note: I am currently only accepting projects over the cash value of £500/$700.)

2) Research and writing

  • I’ll research for your project using my own methods + any resources you have available to share with me.

  • The first draft of copy will be shared with you by our deadline. I always aim for a hole in one, so if you’re delighted with my first draft – fantastique. Time for a (virtual) high five. If you’re not over the moon with my first draft, no problem. Step 3 solves this.

3) Edits and amends

  • You get two sets of revisions for the milestone/project. So if there’s something you weren’t too sure about, I can make two rounds of amends at no additional cost.

4) Good to go

  • With your revisions made, the glorious, conversion-driven copy is all yours. Nice & easy. Testimonials are always welcome and I hope we stay in touch (or at least become friends on LinkedIn).

And for conversion rate optimisation (CRO)…

  • Leads and sales are great, but do you know what’s even better? Even more of them. I can assess your current website and get straight into CRO or this can be the final step once I’ve written your copy from scratch. We need some time to study the data in order to conduct CRO. Either way, if you want to maximise your conversions — you know where to find me.
